DIRECTORS BIO
Brett Whalan
Brett is our Director and founder of CCM. He’s a licensed builder with over 20 years experience working on both residential and commercial projects.
During this time, he has worked on residential renovations, residential sub-divisions, office fit outs, school upgrades, council developments, Government housing as well as many challenging projects for the Australian Department of Defence. Some projects include earth-covered missile ammunition bunkers, rifle range extensions, land sub-divisions and a Weather Watch Radar Tower for the Bureau of Meteorology.
Brett has since shifted his skill set into the office, and now performs project and construction management as well as tendering and estimating for builders, civil companies, developers, house and landowners to name a few.
Brett spends his free time with his beautiful family, spearfishing, diving, boating, playing baseball and watching the footy. If he’s not carving up the waves, it will then certainly be a Kingie he’s caught off Longy!
